Resilience is never a one off event.

It builds through consistency and through a repeated willingness to be curious, courageous, vulnerable, and confident.  It develops through intentionally creating opportunities for positive growth and experiences

Bringing awareness to experiences that energize you and tuning into how you are feeling in that moment gives you the gift of intentionally planning for MORE of these in your day - both at home and at work .

Learning is one of my favourite pastimes

Choosing to look at each day; each month as a learning opportunity we gain insights from our blind spots and figure out what will fuel our next steps forward

Take the time today to list out all your learning learning opportunities and how you might be able to leverage them going forward.

Here are a few prompts  

✳️What new things did you try this week and what did these reveal to you about yourself

✳️What disappointments did you experience and what assumptions were you holding that influenced these upsets

✳️What happened this week that you are most proud of and what new beliefs do you now have about yourself

✳️What opportunities were missed and how could you upskill yourself to take advantage next time

✳️What did you absolutely love doing and who do you need to be being in order to create more of these moments going forward

Tune into the emotions and feelings of of each response and start to build awareness of those that you wish to carry with you and those that you choose to leave behind
